Limerick ETSS is a visionary school with collaborative learning experiences at its core. Smarter Concepts were approached by the school’s Principal – Eoin Shinner with a brief to enhance learning outcomes for students by designing, supplying, and installing our writable, magnetic antimicrobial walls into a number of classrooms in their existing building. In addition, we were asked to work with local business sponsors in Limerick and beyond to design, deliver and install our walls for the new school premises currently being built.
This was an exciting project that allowed the Smarter Concepts Team to “think outside the box” to ensure we maximized wall space in both the existing and new premises, enhanced the learning and teaching experience for both pupils and teachers, design inclusive graphics that promoted the corporate sponsors branding and importantly remain cost-effective.
Working closely with the site lead, Eoin, and the other trades, we ensured our products were delivered and installed ahead of schedule and ready for use in the new school term. The end results were fantastic and Eoin’s description and reaction to our fabulous products, we think, speaks volumes about the difference our writable, magnetic walls make to pupil inclusion and how it can influence change within any work or learning environment.
